Aimed at Gateshead-based businesses and social enterprises, in this session we will take a look at the different ways of protecting your IP, the strengths & weaknesses in different methods of protection, the incremental steps you can take (often cost free) to improve your IP position, and reasons beyond protection for investing in IP.
We will also take a look at Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements and licensing your IP as a route to market.
