Chris is passionate about helping develop new approaches to organisational learning. He also loves supporting charities, social enterprises and development organisations get to the bottom of the twin challenges of running a successful business with a social purpose at its heart.
With 25 years working in the business support sector, Chris is a trained facilitator and can help you introduce techniques such as Action Learning Sets or Open Space Learning.
He has a strong understanding of the challenges faced by Social Enterprises and Community Businesses as well as the Charitable sector, having helped them demonstrate their impact through Social Accounting.
Chris has himself bid for and managed funded projects for Charitable organisations, as well as delivered networking programmes for international development organisations and grant funding schemes for Community Businesses.
He also has Board-level experience in purpose-driven organisations, and has written and facilitated training for small businesses.

Initial Appointment

One hour of expert consultancy. This time could be spent meeting with you online to discuss your specific business needs or working independently on agreed actions to help your business.

2 Hour Appointment
Meeting online with one of our expert consultants who will work with you to look at all aspects of your business and identify opportunities and challenges to be actioned. Inclusive in this time, following the meeting, your consultant will create a personalised action plan & report for your business, detailing findings and suggested actions for your business.

Half Day (3.5 Hours)
Your appointments can be scheduled across multiple slots as required. The initial appointment will be scheduled by you for 30 minutes. Our expert consultant will meet with you online to discuss your specific business needs, or work independently on agreed actions to help your business.

**By booking any of the above appointments, you agree to proceed with the service and any associated costs. Following completion of the service, you will be sent an invoice which is payable within 14 days.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, full payment (where applicable) may still be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may be able to re book your appointment subject to the consultants agreement.
